CLEAN & SAFE CAPACITY	To make this tour Clean & Safe, the group sizes have been reduced from a maximum of 16 people + 1 driver to a maximum of 10 people + 1 driver.

DEPARTURE/RETURN	Pick-ups start between 8h30 (Funchal) & 9h30 (Caniço) Return will be made around 16h30
REMINDER	Due to changeable weather and altitude variations we recommend polar fleece and windbreaker jackets, hat, outdoor shoes or boots. Sunglasses, sunscreen and water are also advised for all tours.

TOUR INCLUDES	Pick-up/Drop off from Hotel (Funchal & Caniço) Due to the van’s dimensions, it is not possible to have direct pick-up in some hotels. In this case, the meeting point will be at a nearby location. Pick-up fee for pick-up at the cruise ship is € 2 per person, to be paid cash with the driver. CANCELLATIONS	Spontaneous cancellations without justification must be made until 18:00 o’clock of the day before the tour. Cancellations valid on the day of the activity are those due to illness or under presentation of justifying documents. These clients will be given the opportunity to change the tour to another day or to receive a full refund. We reserve the right to change or cancel the scheduled tour due to adverse weather conditions. We always try to give the alternative of another tour with safe conditions to enjoy the activity.
